Anthony Taylor appointed to referee Portugal vs Spain clash

Anthony Taylor will take charge of the highly anticipated World Cup 2026 Round of 16 clash between Portugal and Spain. The experienced English official has already officiated two games in the tournament.

Taylor previously oversaw Spain in the Nations League final and Euro 2024 quarterfinals.
