Atletico Madrid signs Morten Hjulmand for five seasons

Atletico Madrid has reinforced their midfield by acquiring Danish international Morten Hjulmand from Sporting CP. The 27-year-old joins on a five-year contract for a fee of 40 million euros.

Hjulmand is set to partner with Obed Vargas in the engine room as Diego Simeone shapes his squad for the upcoming season.
