Avalanche trade Ross Colton to Predators for draft picks

The Colorado Avalanche have reshaped their roster by dealing forward Ross Colton to the Nashville Predators. In return, the Avalanche acquired draft picks and goaltender Magnus Chrona.

Colton, who recorded nine goals and 24 points last season, carries a $4 million cap hit through the 2027 season.
