21‑year‑old right‑back Ayberk Karapo has signed a principle agreement to move from TFF First League side Manisa FK to newly promoted Süper Lig club Çorum FK, aiming to strengthen their defence for the upcoming season. The 21‑year‑old defender rose through Manisa's youth system and impressed with his pace and tackling.
Çorum FK pursued him to add depth and youthful energy to their back line. Last season Karapo featured in 28 league matches, recording two assists and a solid defensive record.
While final contract terms are being negotiated, the move is expected to be completed before the new campaign begins.
