Broncos Cooper pleads not guilty, trial set for late July

Cooper entered his not guilty plea Monday morning in Douglas County regarding the misdemeanor domestic violence allegations. The trial date has been officially scheduled for late July as legal proceedings move forward.

The Broncos organization has yet to release an official statement regarding the linebacker's status.
