Cádiz has announced the departure of defender Jorge Moreno and midfielder Sergio Ortuño as part of its pre‑season squad reshuffle. Both players agreed to terminate their contracts, freeing up wage space for new signings.
Moreno appeared in 21 official games for the club, finding the net once, while Ortuño contributed in midfield without scoring. Coach Imanol Idiakez said the exits will allow the team to integrate younger talent for the upcoming campaign.
