Mexican referee Cesar Ramos Palazuelos has reportedly been left out of the remaining assignments for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The 42-year-old official will not take part in the semifinals, third-place match, or the final.

Ramos concludes his World Cup journey after having officiated only two matches in the tournament.
