Chivas and Leones Negros will meet in a preseason friendly as part of their preparations for the Apertura 2026 season. The match was initially scheduled for July 10, 2026 at the Tepa Gómez Stadium, but logistical issues forced a reschedule to July 11, 2026, 09:00 local time at the Verde Valle complex.
