However, given the current economic conditions that make purchasing a home extremely difficult, renting often appears to be the only realistic option. There is a little-known privilege: once at least six months have passed on a rental contract, the tenant has the right to terminate without any economic penalty, provided at least 30 days' notice is given to the landlord.
Article 11 of the Urban Rentals Law grants tenants this right, offering a flexible solution.
