El Pequeño Nicolas Avoids Prison Under Suspended Sentence

Known as 'El Pequeño Nicolas', Francisco Javier Gomez Iglesias has avoided entering prison after his two-year sentence was suspended. The National Court decided to suspend the prison term provided he does not commit a crime within four years.

The court stated that the sentence will be enforced if the conditions are violated.
