Ex-Lions CB Arnold Clears Waivers, Becomes Free Agent

The Detroit Lions released Terrion Arnold last week amidst serious legal issues including kidnapping charges. Arnold cleared waivers on Monday without finding a new team.

The cornerback is now a free agent and eligible to sign with any NFL team.
