Haeran Ryu secured victory at the KPMG PGA Championship on Hazeltine, finishing two strokes ahead of her compatriot Ina Yoon. The win ends South Korea’s two‑year drought without a major title since 2024.

Ryu credited her rigorous practice schedule, training from nine to eighteen hours daily, for the triumph. She outperformed world‑ranked rivals, including Nelly Korda, to claim the crown.
