Ismail Elfath to Officiate England vs Argentina Semifinal

FIFA has announced that American referee Ismail Elfath will take charge of the World Cup semifinal between England and Argentina. Elfath, who previously officiated the Uruguay-Spain and Brazil-Norway games, faces high pressure in this clash.
