Jenny Simpson discharged from hospital after cardiac arrest

American athlete Jenny Simpson collapsed and went into cardiac arrest during a mile race in Raleigh. After nine days of treatment, the athlete was discharged from the hospital.

Simpson expressed her gratitude to the emergency services and hospital staff. She will continue her recovery process in North Carolina alongside her husband.
