On June 10, 2026, the Hoy No Circula program runs on its regular schedule in Mexico City and the State of Mexico; vehicles with red stickers and holograms 1 or 2, ending in plates 3 or 4, are prohibited from circulating between 05:00 and 22:00. The scheme covers the city’s 16 boroughs and 40 municipalities in the surrounding state.
Restrictions are based on the hologram class, plate ending digit and sticker color of each vehicle. These rules may affect fans traveling to stadiums for matches, as many rely on personal cars.
