Lando Norris Penalized 10 Places at Belgian Grand Prix

McLaren has been handed a grid penalty ahead of the Belgian Grand Prix due to changes made to the electronic control unit. World champion Lando Norris will start the race 10 positions lower as a result.

Reliability issues earlier in the season forced the team to implement these updates.
