Milan Lucic joins Buffalo Sabres as pro scout in new role

Former NHL winger Milan Lucic has been appointed as a pro scout for the Buffalo Sabres. Though once seen as a rival, he will now contribute to the organization’s player analysis and talent discovery efforts.

Lucic will work with the scouting department to monitor emerging prospects across North America. The hiring is part of the club’s broader roster‑strengthening plan.
