Monterrey Close to Signing Columbus Crew Star Diego Rossi

Liga MX giants Monterrey have entered advanced negotiations to acquire Uruguayan striker Diego Rossi from Columbus Crew. The forward enjoyed a productive second stint in MLS, drawing interest from the Mexican outfit.

Rossi is reportedly eager to make the switch and compete in one of Latin America's most competitive leagues. Both clubs are said to be working on finalizing the remaining details of the agreement.
