Patrick Ewing likely to join Washington Wizards as assistant coach

The former Georgetown and New York Knicks great is reportedly poised to join the Washington Wizards as an assistant coach. Ewing previously served on the Wizards' coaching staff during the 2002-03 season.

His return would bring veteran experience to the bench.
