Prince Albert expects Pogacar to start Vuelta a España

Prince Albert expressed hope that the Slovenian cyclist will participate in the Grand Depart from Monaco. Pogacar resides in the principality.

The Vuelta a España will begin in Monaco this year. Other resident riders are also eligible to compete.
