Royals pitcher Seth Lugo set to return Friday from injury

Kansas City Royals right-hander Seth Lugo successfully threw a bullpen session on Tuesday as he continues his recovery. The pitcher is expected to be activated from the concussion list in time to start on Friday.

Lugo had been sidelined recently but appears ready to rejoin the rotation for the upcoming game.
