Spain's Supreme Court upholds fee for Guardia Civil security at nuclear plants

Spain's Supreme Court has confirmed that the Asco‑Vandellós II and Ascó nuclear power stations must pay a state fee for the permanent presence of Guardia Civil personnel. Each plant is required to remit €4,273,710 annually.
