Tigers Move Casey Mize to IL Due to Adductor Inflammation

The Detroit Tigers placed right‑handed starter Casey Mize on the injured list because of right adductor inflammation. Mize's injury forces the club to adjust its pitching rotation.

The organization said it will monitor his recovery closely. On the same day, the Tigers made additional roster moves to shore up the bullpen.
