Al Riveron resigns as ACC officials supervisor after four years
Al Riveron has served as the ACC’s officials supervisor for four years. In a Wednesday statement he said he will step down, citing personal reasons and a wish to focus on new projects.
During his tenure Riveron worked to raise officiating standards and promote fair play in international fixtures. The ACC announced that a successor will be appointed shortly to continue the oversight work.
