Andy Reid Addresses Rashee Rice’s Jail Sentence
Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid publicly addressed the status of wide receiver Rashee Rice. Rice is serving a 30‑day sentence at the Dallas County jail after testing positive for THC, violating parole conditions from a 2024 car accident.
He is slated for release on June 16. Rice recently underwent a minor arthroscopic procedure on his right knee, which revealed no structural damage.
Reid affirmed that the player should be ready for the upcoming training camp.
