Boxer Rapp Killed in Cycling Accident; Driver Charged with Manslaughter

Boxer Rapp, 32, entered the professional ranks in 2015 and quickly rose to contend for the WBC featherweight title. After a loss to Tiara Brown in June in Orlando, he was cycling when a vehicle struck him, leading to his death.
