Djorkaeff Accuses Portugal Team of Boycotting Ronaldo

Former French footballer Yuri Djorkaeff launched a fierce defense of Cristiano Ronaldo following Portugal's elimination at the hands of Spain. Djorkaeff accused the Portuguese squad of failing to support their star, going as far as suggesting a boycott during the tournament.

He argued that if a team includes a player of Ronaldo's stature, the entire system must be designed to maximize his abilities, which did not happen.
