Drafted pitchers Schmidt and Knaak fail to sign

Pitchers Logan Schmidt and Aidan Knaak remain unsigned after missing Monday's deadline for amateur draft picks. They were the only two players among the top 10 rounds who did not agree to deals with their respective teams.

Their decision leaves them without contracts as the signing period officially closed.
