Former Real Madrid Academy Star Alejandro Díaz Leads New Era in Spanish Football Development
Alejandro Díaz de la Rosa, who rose through the Real Madrid and Atlético youth systems before retiring in 2017, now serves as CEO of PA Team Soccer Spain. He holds a UEFA PRO coaching licence and has been appointed a Sports Director by the Spanish Football Federation.
After completing a degree in Sports Science, Díaz shifted his focus to nurturing young talent. Today he aims to instill both technical skill and core values in the next generation of players.
Díaz emphasizes that coaches must act as moral guides as well as tacticians.
