Seventeen‑year‑old Gilberto Mora, the youngest Mexican ever to appear at a World Cup, was photographed in Tijuana cruising in a sports car valued at roughly one million pesos after Mexico’s exit. Following the tournament, he completed his high‑school graduation, traveled to Miami and watched the Norway‑England quarter‑final at Hard Rock Stadium.

He then enjoyed a week of leisure before reporting back to Xolos training, turning heads with his high‑end vehicle.
