Lawyer Warns Footballer’s Neighbor Tree Violates Civil Code

Lawyer Juan Antonio Ramos explained on TikTok that a neighbor’s tree planted closer than two metres to a property is illegal under the Civil Code. The law prohibits trees from being planted near property boundaries and requires overhanging branches to be trimmed.
