Leipzig Pact Accelerates New Stadium Project
The Spanish government, the Community of Madrid, the city mayor and football authorities have forged a joint framework for a new stadium. Minister Félix Bolaños, Sports Adviser Mariano de Paco and Mayor Martínez‑Almeida, together with representatives from the national federation and the league, endorsed the initiative.
The pact envisions a venue built on modern infrastructure and sustainable design principles. Its realization is expected to boost both the sporting and economic landscape of the region.
