Messi leads MLS All-Star first XI for 2026 game in Charlotte

Inter Miami star Lionel Messi headlines the first XI selected for the 2026 MLS All-Star Game scheduled for July 29 in Charlotte, USA. The squad also features South Korean star Heung Min Son and Honduran defender Andy Najar.

Chicago Fire striker Hugo Cuypers, the league's top scorer with 13 goals, is also included in the lineup. The MLS All-Stars will face off against a team of stars from Mexico's LIGA MX at the Bank of America Stadium.
