Mike Martin joins Michigan as assistant basketball coach

Mike Martin, the all‑time winningest basketball coach at Brown, has moved to Michigan to serve as an assistant under head coach Mike Boynton. During his 15‑year tenure at Brown, Martin amassed over 300 victories and revitalized the program.

The Wolverines hope his experience will boost their young roster’s competitiveness. Martin said he looks forward to developing players and contributing to the team’s success.
