MotoGP Italy GP: Marc Márquez Returns, Alex Márquez Absent
Free practice sessions have kicked off at Mugello for the MotoGP Italian Grand Prix. Champion Marc Márquez impressed with a strong pace, marking his comeback after the Le Mans crash.
His brother Álex Márquez is missing the weekend due to a C7 vertebra fracture sustained in Barcelona. Classification leader Marco Bezzecchi set the fastest lap in the opening session.
Morning FP1 and qualifying practice for all three classes will run throughout the day.
