Boxing icon Oscar De La Hoya has reached a definitive conclusion in his divorce proceedings regarding his real estate holdings. Court filings confirm that his former wife, Milagros “Millie” Corretjer, has been granted full ownership of two significant properties located in Puerto Rico.

The total value of this real estate transfer is estimated at $13. 5 million.

The assets include a residence in San Juan valued at $3. 5 million and a high-end property at the Bahia Beach Resort in Rio Grande worth $10 million.

This agreement serves as a formal resolution to the couple's confidential divorce judgment. Under the finalized terms, De La Hoya relinquishes all claims to these specific assets, leaving them as the sole property of Corretjer.

The legal documentation clears the path for the official title transfer to be completed immediately.
