Renta Ciudadana Payment Reaches 46000 Households in Colombia

Prosperidad Social officially confirmed the initiation of a new financial disbursement under the Renta Ciudadana program in Colombia. For this specific delivery, the national government has allocated more than 23.

351 billion Colombian pesos directed toward 46,703 households that require priority economic support. This current phase highlights a significant coverage increase compared to previous operational cycles across the country.

The new distribution successfully incorporates 17,446 new families directly into the dedicated Emergency Care Line. The prioritized population primarily consists of families severely affected by winter wave conditions and flooding events.

These incidents were officially registered during February across 19 municipalities within several key departments including Antioquia, Bolívar, Córdoba, Chocó, La Guajira, and Sucre.
