Roger Penske is a prominent figure in American motorsports history. He has achieved great success by managing both NASCAR and IndyCar series simultaneously.
The combination weekend at Phoenix Raceway was the latest example of his achievements. NASCAR and IndyCar are two major series in American motorsports, and it's rare for them to share the same property.
However, Penske strives to do everything at the highest level, and therefore, the Phoenix weekend didn't allow others to enjoy the spoils of victory.
