Semih Kılıçsoy Returns to Beşiktaş from Cagliari
Serie A side Cagliari announced that it will not exercise the option to buy young winger Semih Kılıçsoy. The Turkish forward joined the Italian club on loan from Beşiktaş at the start of the season and featured in six matches, scoring twice.
Club president Tommaso Giulini said the player’s development would be better served by continuing his career in Turkey. Consequently, Kılıçsoy’s loan will end and he will return to his parent club.
Beşiktaş welcomed the news and expects the midfielder to strengthen their squad. The player is now expected to explore his next steps ahead of the upcoming transfer window.
