Sergio Ramos' Sevilla Purchase LOI Expires May 31

The letter of intent (LOI) signed by Sergio Ramos' investment group to acquire Sevilla is set to expire on May 31. Five months of negotiations, financial due diligence, and share valuation have been completed during this period.

With the LOI ending, the consortium is proposing a new €100 million offer for an 85% stake in the club. Failure to meet the original terms could trigger a €3,400 per‑share penalty and an €85 million debt clause.

The dispute has pushed Five Eleven Capital out of the equation, potentially reshaping the takeover strategy.
