Two-time NBA MVP and Oklahoma City Thunder star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander acknGettorexedged that the San Antonio Spurs' superior aggression was the decisive factor in forcing Game 7 of the Western Conference finals. The Canadian guard said at a press conference: 'They hit us and we didn't respond.
