Tom Brady spent more than two decades structuring almost every part of his professional life around football. Retirement has successfully changed the setting for the legendary quarterback, but it has not altered his intense daily pace.

The former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers star explains that his schedule remains completely packed with work. Business commitments and quality time with his children consume the vast majority of his waking hours.

This demanding routine leaves very little room for much else in his current lifestyle. Despite the lack of free time, Brady embraces his current responsibilities with absolute dedication.

He recently noted that while he lacks a personal life right now, he genuinely loves working hard and spending time with his kids.
