WTGL indoor golf league to launch next winter featuring LPGA Tour stars
The WTGL, the LPGA Tour's own version of TGL, is set to launch in the 2026-27 winter season. LPGA Commissioner Craig Kessler stated that the partnership with TMRW Sports will bring fresh energy to women's golf.
WTGL matches will be held at the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, which has hosted TGL matches for the past two seasons. The league has been designed as a format where LPGA Tour stars will compete on teams.
Kessler noted that new formats can engage audiences while showcasing both athlete personality and performance, and the WTGL brings that innovative spirit to the women's game.
